we struggle with fatigue and overwhelm, we are frustrated by failures with diets, we suppress our self-expression, or we feel empty on the inside, food is usually the most accessible thing that becomes our best friend and our most reliable coping mechanism. in the period of disconnection, diets serve as a band-aid that do not address what’s really going on. reconnecting to self and rebuilding a healthy relationship with your body is the focus of this coaching work.

All sessions are conducted virtually.

Our work together starts with a free introductory call. Because coaching work is so personal, it is crucial to make sure we are a good match for each other before we do anything else. This call serves to assess your needs, discover what’s important for you, what you are looking to change, give you a thorough overview of the Wellness Reset process, and address any questions or concerns you may have

  • Weekly or bi-weekly 60-minute, 1-on-1 sessions

  • Comprehensive assessment of your wellness goals, how you want to feel, and where you are looking to be.

  • Addressing any habits you may have developed throughout your struggle with wellness or weight loss, be it emotional eating, stress, fatigue, and lack of motivation.

  • Developing a plan for your unique wellness needs. This entails working with your schedule and personal circumstances, discussing accountability, setting expectations, and exploring what’s happening inside of you that triggers unhealthy impulses.

  • Personalized coaching through your habits, patterns of behavior, reframing of limiting beliefs, and gentle guidance through any and all obstacles on your wellness journey.

  • Support via text or email.

  • Assistance with nutrition plan is available, but it’s not going to be the central focus of our work together. Pescatarian, vegetarian, keto, carnivore, - not all diets work for everyone, and I respect that. The ultimate diet is the one that gives you energy and makes you thrive, and we will work on exploring what it is. This coaching is not about meal plans that will leave you hungry and undernourished.

  • Focus on holistic approach. Wellness and self-care are usually the first two things that get placed on a back burner. Life takes over, busy gets busier, and back burner becomes a habit. A critical part of your Wellness Reset coaching is to integrate wellness back into your life, your way.
